XcelR is a proof-of-work (PoW) cryptocurrency that I developed in 2018. It is not a token on somebody else's chain; it has its own network, its own consensus, its own mining, and its own monetary rules.
Building a currency from the ground up means owning every layer at once: consensus and difficulty adjustment, block validation and peer discovery, wallet software that people can trust with real value, and the community that decides whether any of it matters.
It is the project that turned an interest in Bitcoin into a working knowledge of how a chain is actually made.
